About the Owner

I See the Problem Behind the Problem.

I’ve spent my career helping high-growth organizations figure out what needs to change next—and building the teams, systems and operating structures to make it happen.

Meet Ashley Vonella

Ashley Vonella is a revenue executive, advisor, international bestselling author and speaker whose career spans revenue operations, go-to-market strategy, technology, leadership and business transformation.

She has spent her career inside high-growth organizations, building and evolving the teams, systems and operating structures required to scale. Her work sits at the intersection of people, process, technology and business performance—giving her a practical view of how organizations grow, where transformation breaks down, and why some investments create meaningful leverage while others simply add cost and complexity.

Ashley is particularly skilled at identifying problems before they become obvious in lagging indicators. She looks beyond what a process says should be happening to understand what is actually happening—across the data, the people doing the work, leadership decisions, incentives, technology and organizational structure.

Diagnose before prescribing. Distinguish symptoms from root causes. Build for the business the organization is becoming—not simply the business it is today.Ashley Vonella speaking on stage at Outreach Unleashed

Building for the AI Era

Ashley’s recent work has put her at the center of AI adoption within revenue organizations. She has firsthand experience using AI to make highly skilled teams dramatically more productive—as well as seeing initiatives increase output without improving outcomes, require more specialized talent than anticipated, or automate processes that should never have been scaled in the first place.

Her perspective is grounded in implementation rather than hype: AI can create extraordinary leverage, but it does not eliminate the need for expertise and judgment. In many cases, it makes exceptional people even more valuable.

Beyond the Boardroom

As a neurodivergent executive, Ashley has spoken about neurodivergence at work and how organizations can better recognize and leverage different ways of thinking. She is also a longtime advocate for women in leadership and greater economic opportunity for women in the workplace.

Her book, How to Be a Corporate Queen, became an international bestseller in four countries and focuses on helping women increase their earning power, advocate for their value and get paid what they deserve.

On Stage

Ashley has presented at Outreach Unleash, Forrester B2B Summit North America and RevOpsAF, including main-stage and breakout sessions, and has appeared on approximately 25 podcasts.

Her speaking spans AI and the future of work, business transformation, revenue organizations, neurodivergence and women in leadership.
